Every CPOM project must answer “yes” to each of these questions. EXPLORATION: Does the story take the audience somewhere new? DISRUPTION: Does the story subvert tropes, stereotypes, and expectations to push the culture forward? POV: Is there a distinct worldview reflected in the story? HEART: Do the characters have deep emotional truths that drive the story? COLOR: Does the story honor the experiences of people of color, women, and LGBTQ people? AUTHENTICITY: Are the communities portrayed in the story meaningfully represented in the creative team?
